We are so excited to be hosting our first ever GOLD DAISY SCHOOL CONTEST! Gimme a G, gimme an O, gimme an L ... you get the idea.
What is the Gold Daisy School Contest you ask? It is a chance for the community to get excited about their schools and show some school spirit.
All public and private schools grades K-12 in Westfield, Southwick Agawam, Feeding Hills & West Springfield will be included. You will get to show some love for your child's school by voting for your favorite. The school with the most spirit (votes) will be deemed the Gold Daisy School and will win prizes donated from local businesses.
A lot of fantastic businesses have already stepped up with gift certificates that will be given to the winning school to raffle off as a fundraiser including Piece of my Art Studio, New England Air Museum, Melissa Ruggieri, Affiliated with MEI-Travel, Kimberly Hatch Photography, Jump Start Preschool, All-Stars Dance Center, and The Summer House.
But we still need a lead sponsor or two.
Local restaurants, day spas or any other business that is interested in pitching in, we would like to give a grand prize of a catered lunch or a spa day/treatment for the teachers and staff of the winning school.
Local ice cream shops or bakeries, we would also like to give the students of the winning school a treat.
As a lead sponsor, you will have top billing on all graphics for the contest. And the satisfaction of giving back to some hard-working educators and students. We are even throwing in a free graphic ad on our website and in our weekly e-newsletter for the month of April-a $95 value! Of course, any donation is tax deductible, because you are giving it to a school.
The contest will run for one month and will get tons of exposure in our weekly e-newsletter, and on our website and social media.
