Six Flags New England will be open for Spring Break, now through Sunday, April 23. The Coaster Capital of New England is proud to announce its largest lineup of new attractions since 2000.
Six Flags New England will also launch its brand new holiday event, Holiday in the Park® with an extended calendar and “reason to visit each season”. The park will be decorated with more than one million LED lights, beautiful Christmas trees, thrilling rides and state-of-the-art holiday decor, which will create the perfect magical atmosphere for park guests. Holiday in the Park® will début on weekends and select days November 24 - December 31.
My family and I were invited last weekend to ride the new Galactic Attack Coaster. If you have ridden Mind Eraser in the past, you know why it was called Mind Eraser. It was very shaky and for us older folks, uncomfortable to ride. They have outfitted the ride with all new seats and restraints. It is much smoother now and the restraints are made of a flexible rubber material that is very comfortable. And, of course, the VR headset that takes you on a journey through the galaxy dodging asteroids and battling aliens along the way. It was so fun!
