We also got to try a new food option that Six Flags is offering this year, the conewich. It is a bagel cone filled with macaroni & cheese and topped with your choice of buffalo chicken bites, beef brisket or bbq pulled pork. Yum! And, yes, it is included in the dining pass!
I highly recommend a season pass and dining pass if you plan on going to Six Flags at least twice this year. They are the best value. I love that I can send my kids to Six Flags with their friends and we don't have to worry about them bringing (or losing) money. They can just bring their season pass/dining pass and they get in and get a lunch, snack and dinner at no cost. There are even bring a friend free days, and reduced cost days for pass holders. Such a great deal!
The first Virtual Reality coaster is coming to Six Flags on June 11! Superman the Ride Virtual Reality Coaster will allow riders to wear wireless VR headsets to feel the steep drops, twists and turns in a realistic 360 degree virtual reality world. We got to try the VR headsets at Six Flags today. Wow! I've never experienced VR before and it was amazing. You can look all around you and see things as if you are really there. Being a mom, I did ask if they are planning on sanitizing the headsets after each ride, and they assured me that they will be doing that. Whew! On the ride we will be flying along with Superman. I can't wait to try it!
